Before any client commits, we verify what matters: DLD project registration, escrow account status, and construction progress — independently, through Dubai REST. Developer marketing tells one story; the land department record tells the real one. We read both.

Beyond brokerage, we handle the full arrival: residency visa processing, company formation, and property management — so investing in Dubai is one relationship, not five.
